We collect only what we need to operate your account: your email, username, profile details, wallet balance and the order data you submit (such as IMEI numbers, serial numbers and service fields). This information is used to deliver services, process payments and provide support.

Sharing. Order details are shared with the upstream supplier that fulfills your order, and with payment providers to process deposits. We do not sell your personal data.

Security. Passwords are hashed, API and supplier credentials are encrypted at rest, and sensitive admin actions are audit-logged. Enable two-factor authentication to protect your account.
