Refund Policy

When and how refunds happen.

Because services are digital, refunds follow the order result:

Automatic refunds. If an order is rejected by the supplier or cancelled before processing, the locked amount is returned to your Available Balance automatically — no request needed.

Successful orders. Completed orders (where a code, activation or file has been delivered) are generally non-refundable, since the digital result cannot be returned.

Disputes. If you believe a completed order was not delivered correctly, open a support ticket from your dashboard with the order ID. Our team will review and, where appropriate, issue a manual refund to your wallet.
